Apart from the standardized EU and TSM formats, Fette Compacting also offers its own specially-developed FS® punches with application-optimized head shape. For example, the EU19 FS®,
which achieves a 50% improved service life compared to the conventional EU19, thanks to its optimized head shape.

Segments and dies
Segments are a patented development of Fette Compacting.
They substitute the conventional turret die table and the actual dies themselves. Conversion minimizes product loss, achieving higher yield volumes and reducing changeover times by 70%.

We offer all components in order to safeguard your GMP-conformant cleaning of simple and multi-tip tools, segments, dies, bellows and dust caps.
After cleaning, the tool surfaces are polished consistently to ensure optimal deployment and maximum productivity.
Storing the tools in our high-quality tool boxes ensures safety and durability. Fette Compacting also recommends a visual inspection of the tools after each use. We are happy to supply the appropriate equipment (microscope, test equipment, templates etc.).
SDC800 cleaning system from ARUNA
The wash trays offered by Fette Compacting guarantee residue-free dirt removal. Apart from the cleaning cycles, the cleaning process also comprises drying and preservation. The SDC800 cleans more than twice as many punches per hour than in a comparable ultrasound system.

Thanks to the particular alignment toward tableting tools, the punches and dies can be safely suspended from holders specially designed for this purpose. Granulate and polishing paste are suitable and approved for use in the food sector.
