Our Code of Conduct defines the values, principles and behaviors that govern the corporate behavior of us as Fette Compacting. Our primary goal is to ensure company-wide compliance with standards and internal guidelines at company level. We strive to create a working environment characterized by integrity, respect and fair and responsible conduct. This Code is binding for all employees and bodies of the Fette Compacting worldwide. In all our actions, we attach particular importance to respecting and complying with all applicable laws, regulations and internal guidelines.

Compliance with human rights

Our employment relationships are fundamentally based on voluntariness - both nationally and internationally. For example, we do not tolerate child labor and take great care to strictly adhere to the requirements of youth protection laws, in particular the Youth Protection Act, the Working Hours Act and the Vocational Training Act. The self-commitment and expectations of Fette Compacting are described in the Human Rights Statement of the parent company LMT GmbH & Co.
