Have we managed to arouse your interest and you would like to apply for an apprenticeship or a dual study program? Then we look foward to receiving your application documents, which you can upload to our career portal, including a cover letter, résumé and your last four references or school reports.

Once we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt from us. Now we'll take our time to check your documents. This takes a bit, but we promise we'll be  quick!
 

Your application looks promising? What happens next:
What if we think you'd be a good fit for the Fette Compacting global family? Then we'll send you an invitation to take part in an aptitude test. We'll even send you the link along with the invitation, so you can get started right away. But don't worry: this isn't about testing specific knowledge - we simply want to get a better feeling for whether the training option you have chosen sutis you. 
 

Now we should get to know each other very soon. 
As soon as you have successfully completed the test, we would finally like to meet you in person - and the same applies to you, of course. We will send you an invitation to an interview, which can take place digitally or on site, depending on what's possible.
 

If we get along well, we can get started!
After the interview, is everything right for both sides? Congratulations, you've made it and we'll send you a training contract. We look forward to meeting you!
